Project Description:

The Nook Abode is a meticulously designed farmhouse for Mr. Sarfaraz, set on a 1331 sq. yard plot with a built-up area of 4162 sq. ft. This G+2 structure features five spacious bedrooms, offering ample living space for comfort and relaxation. The architectural highlight of this farmhouse is its double-height living area, which enhances the sense of openness and connects the interiors with the outdoors.

The façade is accentuated by a striking double-height portico, adding to the grandeur of the entrance. The outdoor amenities include a 28' x 15' swimming pool for adults and an 8' x 8' children’s pool attached, ensuring fun and safety for all ages.
