This unique cottage development offers seven distinct accommodations, each designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The project includes a variety of cottages tailored to different needs, set against a beautifully landscaped backdrop.

Accommodation Details

• Premium Cottage: A luxurious option that provides top-tier amenities and comfort, ideal for those seeking an elevated experience.

• Standard Cottages (3): Featuring roofs with a semi-circular, dome-like design, these cottages offer a cozy and unique aesthetic. They provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

• Mid-Range Cottages (2): These accommodations strike a balance between comfort and affordability, providing guests with a pleasant and enjoyable environment.

• Multipurpose Cottage: This versatile space can serve as a living area, home theater, or party area, offering flexibility to suit various needs.

Construction and Design

• EPS Wall Panels: All cottages are constructed using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core panel systems, a modern and efficient building method. This system features 4mm GI wire welded in 2-inch boxes passing through 50mm thermocol, providing strength and insulation. These panels can be used as both load-bearing and non-load-bearing elements.

• Elevation: Each cottage is elevated 3 feet from the natural ground level, enhancing views and providing a sense of privacy and seclusion.

Key Features

• Swimming Pool: The 60-foot-long swimming pool is a centerpiece of the landscaping, meticulously designed with an oval shape on one side and a straight edge on the other. It features a central stairway for easy access, a children's pool for family-friendly fun, and a sunken bar area for relaxation and socializing.
