The farmhouse designed for Mr. Rafiq Ansari is a thoughtfully crafted modern retreat, set on a sprawling 1,210 sq. yd. plot with a built-up area of 2,950 sq.ft. The design embodies a seamless fusion of luxury, openness, and functional planning, creating a tranquil yet sophisticated living environment that connects effortlessly with nature.

The architecture is defined by a clean contemporary façade, highlighted by strong linear elements, expansive openings, and a refined palette of materials. This modern expression is complemented by a design approach that prioritizes natural light, ventilation, and spatial fluidity, enhancing the overall living experience.

The villa comprises four spacious bedrooms, each designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and luxury, complete with modern amenities and en-suite bathrooms. Every room is carefully positioned to maintain a balance between openness and personal retreat.

A defining feature of the farmhouse is its three distinct double-height spaces, which introduce grandeur and architectural drama. The double-height portico creates a striking entrance, setting the tone for the residence. Inside, the living area rises vertically, forming a bright and expansive central space. Adding a unique experiential layer, the open-well staircase integrates a dining area at its core, transforming circulation into a functional and aesthetic focal point.

Outdoor living is equally emphasized. A well-designed swimming pool with a deck and sit-out area forms the heart of leisure activities, supported by dedicated changing and shower facilities. A thatched-roof gazebo provides a shaded, relaxed setting for gatherings, while a fire pit enhances the space with warmth—ideal for bonfires and social evenings.

The design philosophy focuses on modern elegance with experiential spaces, ensuring every corner contributes to comfort and visual appeal.
