Nook Abode, designed for Mr. Sarfaraz, is a thoughtfully crafted G+2 farmhouse set on a 1,331 sq. yd. site with a built-up area of 4,162 sq.ft. Designed to balance luxury, functionality, and spatial efficiency, the residence offers a refined living experience within a well-optimized footprint.

The architectural expression is defined by a clean contemporary façade, highlighted by a striking double-height portico that creates a grand and welcoming entrance. This feature not only enhances the visual identity of the home but also establishes a strong architectural presence.

At the heart of the residence lies a double-height living area, designed to amplify openness and bring in abundant natural light. This central space connects visually and spatially with the outdoors, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor relationship while elevating the overall sense of luxury.

The farmhouse features five spacious bedrooms, each designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and modern living standards. The layout is carefully planned to balance private retreats with shared living areas, making it ideal for both family living and hosting guests.

Outdoor spaces are designed as an extension of the home’s lifestyle. A 28’ x 15’ swimming pool, complemented by an 8’ x 8’ children’s pool, caters to all age groups, offering a safe and enjoyable leisure environment.
