Serene Nest 2, designed for GIIPL, is a sophisticated G+1 luxury farmhouse set on a generous 1,210 sq. yd. site, with a built-up area of 3,120 sq.ft. Conceived as a serene retreat, the design harmoniously blends modern architectural elegance with natural surroundings, creating a space that feels both luxurious and grounded.

The architectural identity is defined by its clean contemporary form enhanced with a distinctive two-way sloped roof, adding character and visual depth to the façade. This feature not only elevates the aesthetic appeal but also reinforces the farmhouse’s connection to nature-inspired design.

At the heart of the home lies a dramatic double-height dining area, designed to create a sense of openness and spatial richness. This volume allows natural light to flow freely through the interiors, establishing a strong visual and experiential connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, while also becoming a key social focal point.

The farmhouse features four spacious bedrooms, each carefully planned to ensure privacy, comfort, and a refined lifestyle experience. The layout balances communal and private zones, making it ideal for both family living and hosting guests.

Outdoor living is a defining aspect of Serene Nest 2. A 40’ x 20’ swimming pool forms the centerpiece of the landscape, offering a refreshing escape for both relaxation and recreation.
