The Serene Nest Farmhouse, designed for GIIPL, is a refined G+1 luxury retreat set on an expansive 1,210 sq. yd. site, with a built-up area of 3,528 sq.ft. Thoughtfully envisioned as a peaceful sanctuary, the design seamlessly blends modern architectural elegance with the calming essence of nature, creating an ideal environment for both relaxation and social living.

The architecture is defined by its clean contemporary language, balanced proportions, and strong visual elements that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. A key highlight is the double-height portico, which establishes a grand and welcoming entrance, setting the tone for the entire residence.

At the heart of the home lies a stunning double-height living area, designed to create a sense of openness and vertical luxury. This space not only enhances natural light and ventilation but also fosters a strong connection between indoor and outdoor environments, making it the central gathering zone of the farmhouse.

The residence features four spacious bedrooms, each carefully designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and a refined living experience for both residents and guests. The layout is planned to balance shared and private spaces, enhancing everyday functionality.
