The Emerald Farmhouse, designed for Mr. Sarfaraz, is an extraordinary G+2 luxury estate set on a sprawling 7,249 sq. yd. site, with a built-up area of 8,210 sq.ft. Conceived as a holistic lifestyle destination, the project seamlessly integrates architecture, landscape, and leisure, delivering an unparalleled living experience.

Architecturally, the villa is defined by its strong vertical massing, refined façade treatment, and warm material palette, including elegant wood cladding and a parapet-level canopy that enhances both aesthetics and functionality. A defining highlight is the 18’ x 18’ cantilevered glass house, delicately poised over a tranquil pond and surrounded by bamboo plantations—creating a striking visual and experiential centerpiece.

Inside, the residence offers five expansive bedrooms, each generously sized and complemented by luxurious en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. The double-height living area forms the heart of the home, introducing grandeur, openness, and a seamless connection between levels.
